For some it takes first the path of healing (becoming whole), to dedicate the often stored energies in us to release these energies, for others, both to explore nurturing closeness, sensuality, the sexual power and to be carried and held in it, to simply be without goal and pressure and thereby experience ecstasy, deep peace and tranquility tangible.
