Body work in motion

Every body consists of water, which permeates all body structures. Through body movement we bring dense fascial tissue to vibrate down to the level of the bones and thereby open up hidden, undreamt-of movement spaces of vitality in you.

We release and relax deep-seated pain, tension and blockages in the muscles, bones, joints and nervous system and get your cellular tissue moving, all at your own pace.
The more your body opens up, the more your energies flow. Your body becomes freer and more flexible. You will feel more connected to him, you will be able to perceive yourself in your essence and an inner feeling of coming home will spread in your body.
This bodywork is a dynamic, flowing and invigorating body movement journey, with large and small as well as subtle movements of your entire body system.

It is an interplay of movement, stretching, breathing, stillness and perception.

Let your body dance from within, follow your impulses.
I will accompany you on your introspective, powerful and healing encounter with yourself, including with verbal, tactile impulses and visual images.

In a protected space that I hold for you and I warmly welcome you, you can penetrate every aspect of yourself more consciously.
This body work consists of 4 different elements, which can be booked individually or as a package. We meet in casual clothing.
